Every Birvelle is individually curated with you in mind. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations, shipping, returns and memberships.
Birvelle orders may be canceled for a full refund within three (3) calendar days of purchase. Cancellation requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the third calendar day following your purchase. After this period, personalized curation begins and orders are final sale.
To cancel, email info@birvelle.com with your name and order number.
Once the cancellation period has ended and we have received your completed Birvelle Profile, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your Birvelle to be curated, prepared and shipped.
Carrier delivery time is additional. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Because each Birvelle is personalized, orders are not returnable or exchangeable after the three-day cancellation period. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@birvelle.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo when applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right.
You may list up to five books you already own or do not wish to receive on your Birvelle Profile. We’ll avoid those titles, but we cannot guarantee against other duplicates. Books not listed on your Profile are not eligible for replacement solely because you already own them.
If your package appears lost or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, email info@birvelle.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Some Birvelle experiences include complimentary access to The Birvelle Listening Room and/or The Birvelle Bridge. Complimentary memberships end automatically at the end of the included period. You will not be automatically enrolled in or charged for a paid membership.
You may receive an email inviting you to continue your membership.
If you choose to purchase a paid membership, your membership will automatically renew and be billed monthly until canceled.You may cancel at any time using the cancellation option provided with your membership or by emailing info@birvelle.com. Cancellation stops future charges, and you’ll retain access through the period already paid for. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Each Birvelle is a personalized, curated experience featuring a book selected with you in mind, Birvelle Blooms, and additional benefits based on the experience you purchase.Because surprise is part of the Birvelle experience, the specific books, Blooms, colors, brands, and items you receive will vary. Images shown on our website and social media are examples and do not guarantee the exact contents of your Birvelle.
Your Birvelle Profile helps us learn about your interests and preferences so we can thoughtfully curate your experience.While we use your answers as a guide, we cannot guarantee that every book or Bloom will perfectly match your individual tastes. Please complete your Birvelle Profile promptly, as we may not be able to begin curating your order until it is received.
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Prices and offerings may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Listening Room content is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without permission.
Certain Birvelle experiences may include complimentary access to The Birvelle Bridge, our private community. Members are expected to treat one another respectfully. Birvelle reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or discontinue a member's access when necessary to protect the community.
Participation in The Bridge does not guarantee business opportunities, referrals, relationships, or other specific results.
Some Birvelle purchases may include complimentary membership periods for The Listening Room, The Bridge, or other Birvelle services. When complimentary access ends, you may be offered the opportunity to continue through a paid membership. Pricing and billing terms will be provided before you subscribe.
If you choose a recurring membership, you may cancel to prevent future charges. Payments already made are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Some Birvelle content may include hypnosis, relaxation, visualization, meditation, mindset, or personal-development exercises. This content is intended for general wellness, educational, and inspirational purposes and is not medical or mental-health treatment or a substitute for professional care.
Never listen to hypnosis or deep-relaxation recordings while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring your full attention.
